Birch Bay Cottage has a full kitchen, separate dining area, 3 bedrooms, a newly-renovated bathroom with shower, original wood floors, and comes fully furnished ready for you to "settle in for the summer". The garage area would be great for an artist's studio, woodworker's shop or workspace for those who like to "tinker with projects".
